I am speechless. This book exceeded all my expectations, and is easily in my top 5 for the year. I received this as an ARC, and within the 'Note to ARC Reader' it states: "Make sure you go in blind (but heed those content warnings) and enjoy the ride!", so I did... Y'all. I was hooked from the start. I could not put it down. I was left confused and wanting more in the best way possible. To say I was shocked is an understatement. My jaw was on the floor the entire time while reading. If you read the synopsis and it sounds like something you would enjoy, do it. Go in blind and binge read it. You will not be disappointed.
Karina Halle, I applaud you, but I will be sending my therapy bill. I just need to find my own Dr. Kincaid to talk to first....
