Growing up, the little mermaid was one of my favs. Growing up I have obviously changed, and this spicy twisted retelling was exactly what I needed! Perfect mix of Little Mermaid and Pirates of the Caribbean. I loved Princess Maren. She was strong, even after everything she had been through. Ramsay was everything I wanted. It is a standalone, but I wish it wasn’t because I would love to follow them on new adventures.
