This was my first Emily Blackwell book, and it will not be my last!

This was a fast paced read, set in a dystopian fantasy, set in a modern meets magic world. The ministry is hunting magic wielders (mystics). Athena had it rough in that first chapter, as well as the entire book... 🥴 but with Sinner, I know they will kick buttt.

Sinner was immediately my favorite. The story line was unique in a way that I wasn't expecting, and the cliffhanger definitely leaves you wanting more. I can't wait for the release of book 2!
